Sea bass carpaccio, lava salt, sea buckthorn

Tuna, takuwan, buckwheat (maki)

Aubergine, sweet miso, buckwheat

21-day aged beef short rib, black garlic, fermented mushrooms

Price: ££ - Approximately £100 per person for 3 dishes and 2 cocktails. However, if you include wine, coffee and desserts it’s likely to head closer towards the £150 per person mark.

The staff are all-round some of the nicest in the business and Pantechnicon is a welcome addition to the area as well as being a safe haven from the not-too-distant, bustling Knightsbridge. Perfect for a special occasion or date night where you can eat, drink and relax.
