What Eric Mustard says: Creativity and sustainability have long been the name of the game at Fallow and that extends even as far as the menus which are made from harvested algae. It’s no surprise that despite being around since 2018, there was a flurry of exceptional reviews only last year. Fallow has been switching it on from the day it opened. Not your typical St James restaurant which is somewhat of a relief both in terms of cuisine and in terms of design. It offers something that has always been genuinely different, something that stands out from the sea of restaurants that preach sustainability as their ethos. The design of the restaurant is almost club-like. You could imagine it doubling up as a standalone swanky St James cocktail bar but as luck would have it, in addition to great cocktails it does knockout food too. A menu that features small and large plates of off-cuts and prime cuts dripping in vibrant sauces that light up the room. There are so many dishes that are worth going for alone as you can see from the crowded section above. Breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner, Fallow has you covered.
