What the critics say: ‘Bosi’s menu riffs on French Mediterranean comfort food, his melt-in-the-mouth starters including raw tuna slices with shallots and tangy sauce balanced by the black pepper rim, and crab on taramasalata slathered on bouncy chunks of focaccia.’ Conde Nast.
What Eric Mustard says: A bright ray of Riviera sunshine on South Audley Street giving you that dose of vitamin D when it’s most needed. A menu that takes you via Nice, Marseille and Cannes, all developed by a chef that is behind one of the most successful Michelin Starred restaurants in London, a marriage that works just as you would expect; perfectly. I didn’t know that it was possible to make octopus melt in your mouth nor did I know that I wanted it to but it is and I do. You are paying Mayfair prices but with it comes Mayfair attentiveness coupled with a concept that is not trying to be too clever or ostentatious and has nostalgic simplicity at its heart. It’s so chic, so effortlessly stylish and so very French from start to finish.
