  • ‘These wontons are the best I’ve ever had…’ - Nigella Lawson

  • ‘Gorgeous, gorgeous... delicate, slippery parcels of fragrant porkiness bathed in resonant chilli and vinegar.’ - Marina O'Loughlin

  • ‘The most delicious treat… loved every last wee bite.’ -  Jeremy Lee

What Eric Mustard says: I went twice in two nights which tells you what you need to know about this place. Succinct little menu which lets you get stuck into the sauces behind the success. Salty comfort food that is guaranteed to put a huge smile on your face. Go at least twice before the residency ends in October after which there will be a wonton shaped hole in all of our lives. Although, I have a suspicion that it won’t be for too long with Poon’s on the hunt for a permanent home.
